I
know this may sound a little selfish or self-centered (maybe because it kinda
is), but there are certain life experiences that I have not been able to
truly understand until I have gone thru them myself.
It hasn’t been that I don’t care or that I don’t try to relate, but I’ve
found that after I’ve experienced it myself, I see it in a whole new way. Getting married is one of those life
experiences for me.
In
the past, I’ve tried to calendar friend’s anniversaries, specifically those
whom I was at their wedding, because I knew it was a special day and I wanted
to commemerate the event! But, after getting
married, I have a new, deeper appreciation for anniversaries. It’s the only occasion that you fully
celebrate with another. It’s a day to
celebrate the love, to remember the vows you shared, and to thank the Lord for
the blessing of the mate He provided.
Life
has been crazy, as usual, so I’m sorry for my tardiness but I did want to wish
my friends a Happy Anniversary. Whether
it’s one, three, or five years, I wish you all many more years of love,
happiness, health, and filled with an abundance of God’s blessings.

J+J, Happy 1st Anniversary!! I was honored to stand beside you, in the presence of God, as you declared
your love and committed your lives to one another. I know this past year has been quite the
adventure and through it all, I have been inspired by your faithfulness, to God
and to each other, by your unconditional love for one another, and for the
sacrifices that you each make for the other.
I love you both…J, for being the most amazing girlfriend, for being my
prayer warrior and for all the love, laughter and joy you bring into my
life. Josh, I’m getting to know you
better and better, but most of all, I have witnessed the husband you are to J,
and because of that, I have a deep sense of love and appreciation for you. Thank you for taking care of my girl.

S+R,
Happy 5th Anniversary!! Wowie
how time flies! I am so grateful that I
was invited to your wedding even though we didn’t know then, just how close we
would become. You both have done so much
in these five years…got married, bought a home, and had 2 beautiful
babies! I see the passion that you share
and admire the family that you both have built.
Sonia, you are a phenomenal wife (and Mommy!). I look at you and can’t help but feel like I
have so much to learn from you. You do
it all and beauty radiates from you, both from the inside and on the outside. Thank you for paving the way and setting a
good example for me! Rene, thank you for
being the husband and man you are, to Sonia.
The support you have given her through the job changes, the pregnancies,
and through life in general, I know that Sonia is in good hands. Love you both so very much!

A+J,
Happy 3rd Anniversary! I know
we’ve just recently met and I wasn’t present on your big day, but getting to
know you both as we planned our big day, was such a blessing! I know that you both bring so much happiness to
couples on their wedding day, just as you did for us! Since the wedding, it has been so awesome
keeping in touch with Addy and continuing to build our friendship. In these past 3 years, I do know that you’ve
built an exceptional company, have become awesome parents to your beautiful
baby girl, Izzy, and I’m sure so much more.
Looking forward to celebrating many more future anniversaries! XOXO
Leah, you are such a doll. You always find a way to put a smile on my face. I was having a lousy morning, but you just brightened it on up!
